MzCSG | MK said he had shopping to do for 1 person, but otherwise nothing to report.
There had been a question about a holiday let that had been occupied for 8 months… PE reassured the group that long stays arriving before lockdown were permitted. |
|
Marazion Surgery | JB said the surgery staff had been busy vaccinating last weekend. They were concentrating on the housebound. Several local people have already been vaccinated at Stithians NHS centre.
10 million people have already been vaccinated nationwide. |
|
Marazion Churches | PB nothing to report about the Chapel but noted that Funeral Directors had moved up the priority list for vaccinations on the grounds they were coming into contact with covid related deaths.
JG Nothing to report |
|
Marazion School | JR said the school is closed for ½ term week to all children.
All staff were being covid tested twice weekly. Numbers had increased slightly, some more children attended a couple of days on a rota basis. |
|
Chamber of Commerce | PE had nothing covid related to report, but updated the group on car park changes by St Aubyns Estate which were moving towards ANPR controlled payment parking from April.
The gates on the Folly Field would be removed allowing overnight parking for residents and visitors (not overnight sleeping). This would raise issues if car parks needed to be closed for lockdowns. |
