Britannia House

Britannia House is a gorgeous Victorian ‘upside down house’ set over three floors with a spacious living room on the first floor to monopolise the gorgeous sea views. The house retains many period features and is equipped to a very high standard. A massive en-suite master bedroom occupies the entire top floor, and a useful first floor ‘twin’ bedroom can be configured with twin beds or they can be linked together as a super king double. There’s a third double bedroom with king size cast iron bed.

The house boast 3 WC’s, a deep bath and 3 hot showers - including one in the courtyard outside :-)

The handmade kitchen is a dream for budding chefs with a comprehensive collection of cookery books to inspire, whilst on the raised decking comfortable garden furniture and a Webber BBQ beckons as you soak in the far reaching sea views of St Michaels Mount. Surely the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun or enjoy an evening glass of your favourite tipple after a hard day on the beach.

There’s secure storage for bikes or beach equipment and a drying line for wetsuits in the rear courtyard.

All this within walking distance of Marazion’s beaches and the tidal causeway to St Michael’s Mount…. and there’s free reserved car parking for up to two cars too.
